1. Original Jollof Rice and Original Jollof Stew:

Jollof Rice and Vegetables puree is a healthy and nutritious meal for babies.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of cooked rice
  • 1/4 cup of mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, green beans)
  • 1/4 tsp Shirley’s Jollof Paste
  • 1/4 cup of water (or as needed)

Instructions:

  1. Blend the cooked rice and mixed vegetables in a food processor or blender until smooth.
  2. Add Shirley’s Jollof Paste and water and blend until smooth and well combined.
  3. Serve the puree warm or at room temperature.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup of cooked beans
  • 1/4 tsp Shirley’s Jollof Paste
  • 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions:
